What we collect when you book, pay or write to us, why we collect it, who processes it and how to exercise your rights.

01Who is responsible

02What we collect

  • Identity and contact: name, email address, phone number.
  • Bookings: dates, courts, activities, and the names or emails of partners you add.
  • Membership: formula, included hours, tokens, no-show count.
  • Payments: amount, status and order reference. Card details are processed by Shopify and never reach the club.
  • Messages: what you send through our event, partnership and contact forms.
  • Technical data: logs needed to run and secure the site.

04Who processes it

Your data is used by the club team and by the technical providers that run the service on our behalf:

  • Supabase — database and authentication.
  • Vercel — hosting of the website.
  • Shopify — payments and the online boutique.
  • Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.
  • [email delivery provider for sign-in links and confirmations]

WhatsApp is used only when you choose to contact us or share a booking link through it. Some providers are based outside the European Union; [transfer safeguards for each provider, e.g. standard contractual clauses — to confirm].

05How long we keep it

Accounting records are kept for 10 years as required by law. [retention periods for accounts, bookings and form messages — to confirm].

06Your rights
